Kelly is a Trainer in Austin, Texas 78704 specializing in core training, functional training, kettlebell training, resistance training, weight loss training.

Training Philosophy

Fitness is my ultimate passion, and I love sharing it with those around me. I’m a certified personal trainer through the American Counsel of Exercise, and hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan. My background in personal training coupled with social work, has enabled me to approach training from a uniquely empathetic perspective. Through the use of self-motivating techniques, experience, knowledge, and a lot of fun (I promise!), I work to instill in every client a sense of self-efficacy, empowerment, and body confidence. I’m on a mission to prove that exercise doesn’t have to be a grueling chore, but can actually be quite enjoyable and stimulating. As my mood stabilizer, daily mini-vacation, and body/mind enhancer, exercise has brought a lot of joy to my life, and I want to do all I can to bring that joy into yours! ​

Typical Training Session

We fully understand that time is of the essence, affordability is critical, and privacy and comfort are paramount. Therefore, we started a personal training program that incorporates workouts designed to fit within the context of your lifestyle, to accommodate your schedule, and from the setting in which you’re most comfortable–your home! What sets me apart from the rest, is that I come to you on your time, bringing with me fun, dynamic workouts–plus a ton of knowledge about health and nutrition!–to develop a plan specifically customized to meet your unique needs. Even better, it’s all done within the context of your lifestyle, designed to fit in your schedule, and from the setting in which you’re most comfortable–your home!
